You can delete your Shega account and personal data at any time.
Shega (operated by O3 Holdings LLC) gives you full control over your account. You can remove it from inside the app, or request removal by email if you no longer have access.
·Delete from the app
- Open Shega and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion right away.
·Can't access the app?
Email privacy@shegaapp.comfrom the phone number or email on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and remove your account on the same schedule described below.
·What happens to your data
When you request deletion, your account is immediately hidden and enters a 30-day window. Signing back in during that window cancels the request. After 30 days, the deletion is permanent.
Deleted permanently: your profile, photos, prompts, matches, messages, likes, and preferences.
Retained briefly: a limited set of records we are required to keep for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, purchase records), held only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
